What data the ChimeraMiND tools handle, why, and for how long.

Your tool input

Your input is sent to the tool's isolated runtime to produce your result. We do not keep your input or your result in usage records or logs.

Downloads

If a result includes downloadable files, they are held in server memory for up to 10 minutes so you can download them, and are then deleted.

Usage and trial records

To count trial and paid actions, we keep action counts linked to a one-way hash of your network address or to your access cookie. We also count landing page visits using the same one-way hash. We do not store your raw IP address in these records.

Cookies

A single functional cookie keeps your trial or license session open for up to 24 hours. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Support requests

Support messages you submit are stored so we can answer them and may be processed by an AI agent to help answer. Do not include license keys, payment details or passwords. To delete a support request, email [email protected].

Payments

Polar processes payments, licenses and customer accounts as Merchant of Record under its own privacy policy. We receive order and license status from Polar but never your card details.

Hosting

The tools run on our own server behind Cloudflare, which processes network traffic to deliver and protect the service.
