Terms of Service

These terms apply to every tool in the ChimeraMiND collection at factory.chimeramind.com.

Who we are

The tools are provided by ChimeraMiND. Contact: [email protected]. Payments are handled by Polar (polar.sh), our Merchant of Record, which processes checkout, tax and VAT, invoices and receipts.

What the tools do

Each tool performs the task described on its page within the limits shown there, such as input size, row count and monthly actions. A tool only does what its page and help describe. For example, a tool that checks a file offline does not make live network requests. Results are automated checks that support your own review. They do not replace professional review of your data.

Licenses and access

Paid access is opened with the license key Polar delivers after purchase. Keep your key private and use it only for the product it was issued for. Free trials are limited to the number of actions shown on each product page, counted per network connection.

Acceptable use

Do not use the tools to process data you have no right to use, to attack or overload the service, to bypass usage limits, or to break the law.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Subscriptions renew each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the Polar customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and access continues until then. See the refund policy for money-back terms.

Warranty and liability

The tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
