How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued through Polar to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank.

Renewals and cancellation

Renewal payments are not refunded. You can cancel at any time in the Polar customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then.
